‘Mark worked with the Brontë Society on a visioning and team development weekend with our Trustees and Senior Leadership Team. We wanted to embed some real organisational cultural change. Historically, we haven’t been good at staff/Board relationships. Mark brilliantly fostered an atmosphere of collegiate working, respect, trust, understanding of roles, and confidence in the future and we finished the weekend with some clear objectives to take us forward and a new-found sense of joint purpose. And it was all so apparently seamless.’

Kitty Wright, Executive Director, The Bronte Society

Mark is an experienced facilitator and has worked in a number of scenarios:

  • board and staff away days
  • ideas generation and prioritisation
  • partnership development
  • stakeholder input and consultation
  • leadership development

Every facilitation job is different, and the plan will be tailored to suit your context and aims for the session or series of sessions. We always work carefully to deliver aims – and can help you refine your aims if need be – whilst making sure the process is enjoyable and creative. We’ll use any means necessary to get people to think together: from Lego to silence to talking and voting, via post-its and rich pictures…

Facilitation costs, but our feedback says it’s definitely value for money as it can make sure everyone gets something positive out of a session or series of meeting, and you can all be much more productive.
